3 months!

I cannot believe my little one is 3 months old today.  Time truly is flying by.  I am trying not to wish for the "next stage" for her so I can enjoy her right now.  This age is really a lot of fun.  She is such a gift from the Lord.  She can put a smile on my face even when she is being difficult... just by smiling back at me.

Peyton:

- I am very interested in what my hands are doing

- I am starting to hold on to things around me.  Especially mommy's hair!

- I am quite the talker when I want to be.  In fact, I'm supposed to be taking a nap right now but I'm talking to my friends on the mobile above me instead!

- I love baths!  I think it is fun to kick the water on my mommy and daddy.

- I am no longer swaddled (because I kept rolling onto my stomach and scaring Mommy) and now sport footed pajamas when I sleep!

- I can usually sleep from 8:30p - 7:00a!! Daddy "dream feeds" me at 10:15p but I sleep right through it.

- I am starting to go bald because I love to move, move, move in my bed at night.  You should see where I end up in the morning! 

- I LOVE sticking my hands in my mouth!  I sometimes suck on my two middle fingers.

- I love to blow bubbles and slobber on everything!

- I am gradually moving to 3-6 mo clothes.  My 0-3 mo onesies are starting to be snug.  I'm getting so big!

- I love to look at books that my mommy and daddy read to me.

- I am starting to hold my head up really well!  Especially when someone is holding me.

- I love my daddy! He makes some really funny faces at me!

Yes, that is what we call them in my home.  And yes, I am married to a science teacher.  :)

I will post a blog later this week to celebrate P's 3 month milestone this coming Wednesday but I wanted to share one of P's favorite things: her fingers!
